Account Manager / Sales & Relationship Executive

Location: Brighton & Hove
Hours: 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office)
Salary: Up to 40,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced Account Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Executive or Client Relationship Manager looking for your next challenge?

We're partnering with a successful and growing business seeking a commercially driven professional to manage existing B2B accounts, develop client relationships and convert warm enquiries into long-term partnerships. This is a varied, relationship-led role where you'll work with clients across a range of projects, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while identifying opportunities for growth.

Perfect for someone who enjoys account management, business development, consultative sales, client services and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B client accounts
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Handle inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into revenue
• Identify upselling, cross-selling and account growth opportunities
• Oversee client projects from enquiry through to successful delivery
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions
• Deliver a first-class customer experience and high levels of client retention
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction

About You

• Experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Business Development, Client Relationship Management or B2B Sales
• Commercially minded with a consultative sales approach
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting partnerships
• Organised, proactive and results-driven
• Confident managing multiple projects, clients and deadlines
