Business Support Officer

£30-£32k per annum DOE, plus benefits

Wakefield/Hybrid (1 day per week)

Full Time, Monday to Friday, Permanent

Concept Recruitment are working with our Wakefield city centre based client to recruit an experienced Business Support Officer on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client is offering:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, office based with 1 day WFH

25 days holiday entitlement in addition to statutory holidays

1 paid volunteering day per year

3% contributory pension scheme

Contribution to car parking costs (Monday to Friday, city centre)

5% discretionary bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a customer focussed specialist commercial consultancy providing effective, high quality administration, organisational and operational support to the business.

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

Administrative and operational support

Customer, client and stakeholder liaison

Social media management

Project and service delivery

Business systems and process management

You will need:

Strong administrative experience in a business, consultancy or public-sector environment

Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information in line with GDPR

Ability to use social media to assist the senior leadership in building the company profile

Ability to use initiative to organise and coordinate company events

High attention to detail and accuracy

A flexible approach and commitment to meet demanding deadlines
