Part -time Administrator

Part-time Administrator Just Temps is currently recruiting for an experience Administrator to join a well-established manufacturer based on the outskirts on Braintree in Felsted, Essex on a part-time basis.

You ll be supporting the day-to-day operations within the office. This role is a computer-based position and requires strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. Working hours are 8am 4pm across 3 days per week (Monday Thursday) and the pay rate is £14.50 per hour.

Key Duties:

• Answering incoming telephone calls professionally, directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
• Using QuickBooks to process invoices, maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day invoicing activities
• Booking and coordinating transport through the Network system, ensuring deliveries and collections are arranged correctly
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, transport providers and internal departments to resolve queries

Requirements:

• Previous experienceinanofficeadministrationorgeneralofficesupportrole
• Good workingknowledgeofMicrosoftOutlookandExcel
• Experience usingQuickBooksisessential
• Previous experienceprocessingorders,arrangingtransportbookingsandpreparinginvoiceswouldbeadvantageous.
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle this is essential
