We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established legal firm based in Didsbury, Manchester, who are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join their team on a short-term temporary basis with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional Executive Assistant who can quickly integrate into the business and provide dedicated support to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced and professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive executive support to senior leaders
• Managing complex diaries, meetings and schedules
• Handling confidential correspondence and documentation
• Preparing reports, presentations and meeting packs
• Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Managing inboxes and prioritising communications
• Supporting with project coordination and administrative tasks as required

About You

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator
• Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Professional, discreet and capable of handling confidential information
• Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
• Able to work independently and adapt quickly to a new environment
• Experience within a legal or professional services setting would be advantageous
