Reception Cover

A client of ours in the Harlow area is requiring Reception cover on a full-time temporary basis from 16th - 27th November. This role offers Monday to Friday hours, 9:00am 5:00pm, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break, paying £12.71 per hour.

Your key duties in this Receptionist role will include but are not limited to:

• Greeting and assisting visitors, interviewees and delivery drivers.

• Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant departments.

• Receiving Royal Mail and Amazon deliveries.

• Keeping the kitchen area tidy and replenishing supplies.

• Maintaining a welcoming and organised reception area while working independently.

Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:

• Previous reception or office experience.

• Available to work Monday 16th November - Friday 27th November.

• Good communication and telephone skills.

• A friendly, professional and approachable manner.

• The ability to work independently and use initiative.
