Description:	Warehouse Admin Clerk Location: Brierley Hill Pay: 13.97 per hour Hours: Flexible Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Job Type: Temporary to Permanent We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Admin Clerk to join a busy warehouse operation on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is a varied administration role within a warehouse environment, ideal for someone who is organised, confident speaking to customers and drivers, and comfortable using computer systems. You will play an important role in keeping deliveries, collections and stock movements running smoothly. The Role As a Warehouse Admin Clerk, your duties will include: Dealing with delivery drivers, couriers and customers on a daily basis Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with customer queries Booking in deliveries and assisting with customer order enquiries Printing invoices, purchase orders and delivery paperwork Checking supplier deliveries against purchase orders and reporting any discrepancies Booking stock in and out using the company's computer/POS system Preparing invoices and paperwork for daily customer deliveries Preparing and checking delivery manifests Liaising with suppliers via email to arrange and book in deliveries Processing customer collections and ensuring the correct paperwork is completed Ensuring all stock movements are accurately recorded Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working area Following company procedures and health & safety requirements Carrying out general administrative and warehouse duties as required About You The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience in a warehouse administration, logistics administration or similar role Good computer skills and confidence learning new systems Excellent attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills The ability to deal confidently with drivers, customers and suppliers Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks A professional and helpful approach The flexibility to work either Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday, depending on business requirements This would suit someone who enjoys a busy working environment and wants a role that combines administration, customer service and warehouse operations.
