Are you an experienced people leader with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? We're recruiting for a Customer Experience Supervisor to join a busy, customer focused organisation where no two days are the same.

This is a varied role combining team leadership, customer experience, operational coordination and event support. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth day to day operations, developing team performance and delivering exceptional service standards across a high-volume customer environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a customer facing team to deliver outstanding service standards.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded.
• Support performance management, coaching and training activities.
• Handle escalated customer enquiries, providing effective solutions.
• Monitor service levels, productivity and key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
• Support the delivery of projects and operational initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and data protection requirements.
• Act as an operational lead during peak periods, events and key business activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

About You

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within customer service
• Proven experience leading teams and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using CRM or database systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively prioritise workloads.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Flexible to work a rota that includes evenings and weekends.
