Do you enjoy a varied role combining customer service, administration and working with data? Are you organised, comfortable using Excel and someone who takes pride in getting the details right?

We're recruiting an Account Administrator to join a busy marketing and events agency delivering reward, incentive and recognition programmes for a range of clients. You'll support Account Managers with the day-to-day running of programmes, answering queries, maintaining accurate records and helping campaigns run smoothly.

The role

You'll work closely with clients, programme participants and suppliers, balancing customer enquiries with administration, reporting and campaign support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries, managing programme inboxes and resolving queries.
  • Handling complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate.
  • Supporting Account Managers with project plans, client communications and meetings.
  • Checking, uploading and maintaining data across programme websites and databases.
  • Using Excel to analyse information, investigate queries and produce accurate reports.
  • Processing supplier orders, checking costs and supporting budget tracking and reconciliation.
  • Updating website content and customer accounts.
  • Helping create and send campaign emails, contributing ideas to the wider team.

About you

You'll bring strong customer service and administration skills, along with the ability to organise your workload and communicate confidently with different people.

We're looking for:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work.
  • Confident telephone skills and clear written communication.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • The ability to manage data and prepare reports accurately.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • A positive, adaptable approach and a willingness to learn.

You'll be joining a dog-friendly office, with several dogs regularly keeping the team company, so you'll need to be comfortable working around them
