The Opportunity:

As a Finance & Reporting Administrator, you'll play a key role in:
  • Managing supplier commissions, invoicing, payments and resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage, including processing debits, credits and bank reconciliations.
  • Updating client databases, ensuring pricing changes and information are recorded accurately.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports covering sales performance, financial results, budgets and key business information.
  • Supporting the team with financial queries and identifying opportunities to improve processes, including the use of AI technology.
About You:

We're looking for someone who can bring:
  • Previous experience in finance administration, accounts support or a similar role.
  • Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Good Excel skills and confidence using financial systems, ideally Sage.
  • Excellent organisation, initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A friendly, positive personality and the ability to work well within a small team.
You'll also be comfortable with technology and open to learning new ways of working. Previous AI experience isn't needed, just curiosity and a willingness to embrace new ideas.
