Administration Project Coordinator

Berry Recruitment are looking for an Administration Project Coordinator to support a client located near Hixon in Staffordshire.

Your main duties will include:

• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately.
• Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
• Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office.
• Assisting in scheduling appointments.
• Handling general administrative duties.

The ideal candidate should:

• Have previous office or administrative experience.
• Have knowledge in IT skills including Microsoft Office and basic data entry skills.
• Have strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Be able to work independently and manage their own workload.

Rate of pay: Between 28,000 and 30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
