Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated Warranty Administrator to join a reputable motor retailing group in Southport. Duties of the Warranty Administrator:

• Manage warranty claims, submissions, and documentation accurately, following manufacturer protocols
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle and customer information
• Liaise effectively with customers, workshop teams, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Handle warranty and service administration tasks, including invoicing and job costing
• Promote additional products, warranties, and loyalty programmes to enhance department profitability
• Deliver outstanding customer service to foster trust and loyalty
• Support the loading process to ensure optimal customer throughput
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, courtesy, and communication
• Adhere to health and safety policies and company procedures

Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in warranty administration within the motor trade or a similar environment is highly desirable
• Knowledge of warranty procedures, documentation, and relevant legislation
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
• Proficiency with computerised recording systems and trade practices
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
