Warranty Administrator

• Location: Remote
• Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am 5:30pm)
• Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Occasional site visits to Heathrow

Duties of the Warranty Administrator:

• Processing retail invoicing and managing account costs accurately
• Administering warranty claims and warranty invoicing procedures
• Supporting the service team with daily administrative tasks
• Resolving invoice queries and maintaining precise documentation
• Maintaining detailed service records in compliance with company standards
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Preparing quotations and service documentation efficiently
• Providing professional support to customers and colleagues
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all administrative duties

Requirements of the Warranty Administrator:

• Proven experience in automotive administration, ideally within a service department
• Knowledge of warranty claim processing and invoicing procedures
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer systems and relevant software
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Automotive industry experience is essential
