TeamJobs are recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join a business in Poole. This role focuses on looking after existing customers, managing enquiries and coordinating solutions across the business.

You'll work within a collaborative team of two Account Managers and one Customer Success Manager, with experienced colleagues providing product knowledge and support.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing customer enquiries by email and telephone.

• Preparing quotations and checking pricing, stock availability and delivery information.

• Coordinating customer requests with internal departments.

• Resolving issues proactively, exploring alternatives when products are unavailable or delayed.

• Maintaining accurate customer records across multiple systems.

• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

• Managing competing priorities and following enquiries through to resolution.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in customer account support, sales administration, customer service or coordination.

• Strong organisation and the ability to manage several tasks at once.

• Confidence using IT systems and finding information from different sources.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and ownership of customer queries.

• Clear communication, resilience and a collaborative attitude.

• Commercial awareness and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Experience within manufacturing, distribution or a product-based business would be useful. Product knowledge isn't essential, as support will be provided.
