We are recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to join an established and reputable company based in Whitby.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly and supportive team, working in a busy but positive office environment. The company offers some flexibility with working hours and a varied role where no two days are quite the same.

The role

• Processing customer orders from receipt through to dispatch.
• Responding to customer enquiries and providing order updates.
• Processing invoices and assisting with queries.
• Arranging transport and preparing delivery documentation.
• Liaising with transport providers to ensure deliveries run smoothly.
• Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate records.
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in sales order processing, administration or customer service would be beneficial.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Able to prioritise workloads and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
