Location: Horsham Town Centre, West Sussex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm
Contract: Temporary, initially 3 4 weeks with the potential to be extended

We are currently recruiting for a confident, professional and organised Temporary Administrator to join our client's busy office based in Horsham Town Centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, an excellent telephone manner and a friendly, approachable personality.

The position is initially for 3 4 weeks, although there is the potential for the assignment to continue for longer.

• Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

• Welcoming clients and visitors who come into the office, providing excellent customer service.

• Carrying out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.

• Using computer systems to search for and retrieve client contact information.

• Accurately inputting invoices and updating records.

• Maintaining accurate information on internal systems.

• Assisting with other general office duties as required.

• An excellent telephone manner is essential, with the confidence to handle a variety of incoming calls.

• Strong PC skills and confidence using computer systems.

• Previous administration or office experience would be advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A friendly, professional and helpful approach when dealing with clients.

• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.

• Reliable, organised and able to hit the ground running.

This is an immediate-start temporary opportunity, so applicants must be available to begin work at short notice.

The office is conveniently located in Horsham Town Centre.
