Working Pattern: Full Time (09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday)

The Role:
As a Customer Support Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers through phone and email communication.
• Processing customer orders with precision and care.
• Addressing product and order enquiries promptly.
• Providing support to both trade and retail customers.
• Following up on quotations and sales enquiries to drive sales.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Collaborating closely with the purchasing, warehouse, and design teams.
• Offering general administrative support to the sales department.

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A friendly, confident, and professional demeanour.
• Exceptional organisational skills and great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• The ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales administration; familiarity with Sage or CRM systems is a plus, though not essential.
