| Description: | As Data Services Administrator, you will keep vital data moving accurately and on time into our CRM, while managing RBL's incident management system. Your work will protect financial and transactional data integrity and help colleagues get the best from our systems. You will be a trusted first point of contact for CRM users, offering practical support and promoting efficient, best-practice ways of working. This role will suit someone who is organised, detail-focused and confident working with data, systems and a wide range of stakeholders. You will also bring demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to manipulate and manage data confidently. Working with Fundraising, Membership and Poppy Appeal teams, you will coordinate scheduled data loads, check quality and improve processing. You will also administer our CRM (HALO), triage support requests, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and support testing and data integration for new suppliers. You will be contracted to your home address, and you will perform most of your work remotely there, with occasional travel (incl. For monthly team meetings).
