Our client is seeking an organised and customer-focused Administrator to support prospective families throughout the admissions process. This role combines relationship management, administration, and customer service, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage applications and admissions records.
• Act as the main point of contact for prospective families.
• Provide excellent customer service and guidance throughout the admissions journey.
• Coordinate admissions activities, events, and communications.
• Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with processes and deadlines.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

• Previous experience in an administrative, admissions, customer service, or office-based role.
• Proven ability to provide a high level of customer service and build positive relationships with clients, customers, or stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce professional correspondence and communicate confidently over the phone.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
