Description: We are working with a growing global technology and engineering business that is looking for an Italian fluent speaker to join their Sales Support team.

A fantastic newly created permanent opportunity, this is a great for someone with fluent Italian and English ideally customer service, sales administration or order management experience but they are flexible. Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting both customers and sales teams.

You will play an important role in managing customer enquiries, processing orders and providing day-to-day support to the sales function, helping to deliver an excellent customer experience and maximise sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails and other enquiries.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer queries and provide updates on orders.
  • Manage incoming sales enquiries and progress opportunities through to order wherever possible.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Review pending orders and follow up on outstanding customer requirements.
  • Manage customer accounts and provide administrative and troubleshooting support.
  • Act as a key point of contact for Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.
  • Proactively follow up with customers regarding repeat orders and ongoing projects.
  • Maintain accurate customer and project information.
  • Provide accurate sales/project forecasts based on available information.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider sales team.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer support function.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
  • Professional, adaptable and confident dealing with customers.
  • A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
  • Proactive and commercially aware, with the ability to identify opportunities to progress enquiries into orders.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general business systems.

Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Sales Administration, Order Processing, Account Administration is prefereed but not essential would be highly beneficial.
Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce would be advantageous, although full training can be provided.
