Receptionist Administrator

I'm looking for an bright, enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join a busy law firm based in Tring.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth running of a professional workplace. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients and colleagues, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting the wider business.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who is organised, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, clients and colleagues with a professional and friendly approach.
• Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always presentable and well organised.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and general enquiries.
• Manage visitor access and ensure a positive front-of-house experience.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared for use.
• Help maintain an efficient and well-organised working environment.
• Report maintenance and building issues to the facilities management team and monitor progress.
• Assist with general office administration, sending emails, and supporting partners with caseloads.

About You

You'll be a confident and professional individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll also have:

• Previous experience in a Receptionist or Front of House role.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with colleagues, visitors and senior partners.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Previous administrative experience.
