My client is seeking a well organised office administrator to come in and ensure smooth running of administration in the team. Your Duties

Log new enquiries and requests from the client for quotations

Maintain an accurate project tracker including quotation value, issue date, status and

client response

Follow up outstanding quotations and provide regular updates to the relevant people

Assist in maintaining commercial records relating to subcontractor performance and

Expenditure

Monitor client purchase orders and formal instructions

Check purchase orders against quotations to ensure the correct scope, value and reference information has been included

Your Experience

Proven experience as a commercial administrator

Backgrounds from construction/engineering or similar

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a diverse workload

Able to commute to London
