PA to Managing Director Job in Christchurch

£30 - 35,000 per annum, 25 days holiday
Hours of Monday Friday 8.15am 5pm

They are recruiting for a PA to support the Managing Director and provide support to the day to day operations and HR team.

Duties & Responsibilities of the PA:

• Diary management for the Managing Director
• Coordinating personal appointments
• Liaising with Heads of Discipline to coordinate meetings and follow up on actions
• Supporting MD in meeting preparations and follow up of own action points
• Audio typing letters and memos
• Taking minutes at senior management and board meetings
• Administering the Manging Directors mileage and expenses claims
• Drafting letters following a verbal brief from the MD.
• Supporting Human Resources with administration tasks as required e.g. coordinating training courses, document control.
• Compiling Operational & Maintenance Manuals for completed projects

Knowledge & Experience:

• Demonstratable experience with discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• A high level of attention to detail and able to anticipate needs
• Experience in a varied office based administration role

Salary & Benefits for the PA role:

• £30 35,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
• Hours of Monday Friday 8.15am 5pm
• 1 hour for lunch
• Company share scheme
