Location: Marlow (office-based role)
Duration: 13 months initial (temporary role)
6 hours per day / 4 days per week - Monday thru Thursday - flexible hours can be explored
Rate: INSIDE IR35 - PAYE
- Up to 20.79 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Vaccines franchise of a leading pharmaceutical company. The successful will be responsible for day-to-day administrative and business support to assigned managers and colleagues. This role requires interfacing with multiple stakeholders at all levels of research and development organizations internally and at times externally.

Key Responsibilities include the following:

• Maintain calendars; organise travel, schedule regular meetings, and handle expense reporting
• Organizes meetings and visits (agenda, reservations, logistics)
• Ordering office supplies
• Create, edit, and format written material such as presentations, spreadsheets, and documents
• Understand, follow and function as a departmental subject matter expert on the client's administrative procedures and processes
• Be Competent in the use of business technologies required for the efficient conduct of meetings, including scheduling and running of teleconferences, video-conferences and face to face meetings.
• Assist manager with coordinating interviews and logistics as needed
• Actively administrating all assigned projects, implementing innovative alternatives to ensure achievement of desired outcomes

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent is essential

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred

• At least 3 years prior administrative experience
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills required
• Demonstrated working knowledge and skills regarding general administrative functions such as: telephone, e-mail etiquette, MS Office, expense reporting, travel arrangement and supply/equipment ordering#

• Working knowledge and experience in supporting R&D executives and teams preferred

• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to complete complex assignments independently, with high quality and agility
• Ability to handle sensitive/confidential matters discretely and ensure confidentiality is maintained
