Office Administrator / Sales Administrator

Qualitasse Coffee Roasters have been supplying coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and businesses of all sizes with coffee beans, espresso machines, bean to cup machines and all the related products and consumables since 1982 and continue to innovate with our additional brands including ANVIL Coffee Roasters and Natures Cup (compostable / biodegradable coffee cups manufactured by us here in Hampshire).

Due to continued expansion and increasing sales, we are looking for someone to join our small team to help with various office administration tasks, including but not limited to;

- data entry
- taking and making calls
- adding orders to the system
- helping with accounts queries
- helping with the management of service jobs
- possibly, if interested, learning more about our industry by spending time in the coffee roastery, demonstration area (espresso machines and bean to cup machines) and getting involved in a wide range of activities related to running a small and expanding coffee roasting business.

We have a casual and enjoyable working environment and are keen to help the right person develop their skills, their industry knowledge and their overall potential.

We are open to either;

- one person filling this role with potential for flexible hours, subject to meeting the business needs

- two people working as a job-share, again with flexible hours, subject to meeting the business needs.
