The role

We now have an opening for a Procurement Administrator based in Hull. Working within the finance team, we expect you to have close interaction with the wider commercial business, with the main responsibility being processing supplier s invoices and matching to PO s.

What you ll be doing

  • Matching up incoming supplier invoices to purchase orders in the procurement tracker.
  • Submit invoices with 3 way match (PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice) for processing.
  • Preparation of payment schedules to deadline.
  • Communicate with suppliers to enforce No Po, No Pay policy.
  • Query resolution.
  • Supplier Statement reconciliations.

What we re looking for

  • Technical skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Dedicated and accountable - able to meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and effectively managing expectations.
