Customer Safety Administrator

We're looking for two Customer Safety Administrators to join the Customer Safety team and provide essential administrative support across Fire Safety, Asbestos, Lifting and Water Safety.

You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Customer Safety programmes, coordinating appointments, managing information, monitoring workstreams and producing accurate reports. You'll work closely with internal teams, contractors, customers and other stakeholders to make sure safety programmes are delivered effectively and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective administrative support to enable the delivery of Customer Safety programmes across Fire Safety, Asbestos, Lifting and Water Safety.
• Coordinate access appointments for Customer Safety programmes and risk assessments.
• Manage and prioritise customer and colleague contacts relating to Customer and Building Safety, including emails, internal requests and telephone enquiries.
• Review digital workstreams, identifying priorities and escalating issues to the Customer Safety team where required.
• Support annual programmes of work and recommendations arising from risk assessments, including allocating work, raising jobs and purchase orders, and communicating with internal and external customers.
• Produce regular assurance reports to support Customer Safety delivery activities and KPI monitoring.
• Collect, input and maintain accurate information within management systems, working with teams and stakeholders to ensure records are complete and up to date.
• Support mandatory and best-practice compliance requirements across the housing sector.
• Help promote the importance of Customer and Building Safety across the organisation and through customer-facing campaigns.
