Your salary, benefits & hours of work

• 27,000 and annual bonus
• Flexitime: start any time between 7:30am and 9:30am, finish between 3:30pm and 5:30pm
• Monday to Friday, no weekends
• Full training from day one
• No weekend or bank holiday working, with a shutdown from Christmas to the New Year.
• Holidays 24 days plus 8 Bank Holidays (increasing with length of service - one extra day for every 5 years to a maximum of 25 years)

What you'll do as the QC Administrator

You'll keep the Quality Control project team running smoothly, handling the admin that gets samples tested and results back to customers.

• Book stability and project samples into the QC systems
• Organise despatch of samples to partner testing laboratories, raising purchase orders and labelling correctly
• Collect and trend data, create Certificates of Analysis and draft customer quotes
• Complete and archive records, keeping the lab audit-ready
• Prepare reagents and run basic sample checks once trained
• Order consumables and support improvements across the lab

What you'll need to apply for the QC Administrator

• Strong, hands-on administration experience with a genuine eye for detail
• Good computer literacy (Microsoft Office 365) and happy to learn new systems.
