| Description: | Company Overview Clearview Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of our client, an established and independent estate agency, who are looking to recruit an Administrator / Negotiator to join their team. This is a varied opportunity within a busy branch, offering the chance to become involved across both the administrative and sales sides of the business. Role Overview The successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the branch, providing a high level of customer service while supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion. The role would suit someone who is highly organised, confident when dealing with clients and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Key Duties • Dealing with clients both face to face and over the telephone • Assisting buyers with their property searches and responding to enquiries • Managing enquiries received through property portals • Arranging and accompanying property viewings • Following up viewing feedback and maintaining communication with applicants • Assisting with the progression of sales through to successful completion • Overseeing the production of branch marketing material • Ensuring property displays and marketing information are kept current and up to date • Providing general administration and support to the branch team • Delivering a consistently professional and high-quality service to clients Key Skills • Previous administration experience, ideally within an estate agency or property environment • Experience within a similar Administrator / Negotiator role would be advantageous • Knowledge of the residential property sales process would be highly beneficial • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills • Confident communication skills, both face to face and over the telephone • Professional appearance and manner • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Comfortable working in a busy, varied and fast-paced environment • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential Package • £26,000 - £27,000 OTE £30,000 • Salary dependent on experience • Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm • Every other Saturday, 9:00am - 4:00pm • Day off in lieu for Saturday working • Opportunity to join an established independent estate agency | |
