| Description: | Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chair of Trustees and Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Board, Committee and leadership activities, working with trustees and Committee chairs as required, including organising meetings, preparing papers, taking minutes and tracking actions to support effective governance and decision-making. Alongside this, you will provide practical operational and administrative support across the organisation, helping to coordinate day-to-day activities and maintain effective systems and processes, Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will manage competing priorities, use your initiative and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working. This is a varied role that will play an important part in helping the organisation run smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities
