We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team and manage a residential property portfolio across South West London and surrounding areas, including SW19, SW20, SW8, SW11, SW18, SW10, SW7, SW6, SW5, SW3, SW1, W8, W11, KT2 and KT3.

The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that our landlords and tenants receive an outstanding, customer-focused property management service.

You should have a minimum of 4 years' previous property management experience, with ALRA recognition being an advantage but not essential. Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day property maintenance issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Opening and closing utility accounts for new and outgoing tenancies.
• Coordinating planned maintenance and liaising with contractors.
• Raising works orders and managing invoices.
• Providing regular updates and reports to landlords and tenants.
• Organising safety certifications, compliance checks and remedial works.
• Negotiating deposit returns and resolving deposit-related matters.
• Ensuring all property management systems and records are kept accurate and up to date.
• Conducting property visits before and during tenancies.
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
• Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.
