Location: Stirling
Contract: Temporary Assignment (2-6 Weeks)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour

Are you a professional, friendly, and organised individual with excellent customer service skills? We are currently recruiting for an experienced receptionist to join a busy and welcoming organisation in Stirling on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers while supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be confident managing a busy reception area and providing a positive and professional experience for everyone who visits the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting visitors, clients, and contractors.
• Managing the reception area and ensuring it remains welcoming and professional.
• Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Managing meeting room bookings and preparing rooms as required
• Providing administrative support to various departments
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Assisting with document preparation, filing, and scanning

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a reception, front of house, or administrative role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and friendly manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to multitask and prioritise a varied workload.
• Positive, proactive, and team-focused approach
• Reliable and able to work independently when required.
