Your role as an Administrator:
Working as part of a team you will be carrying out a varied admin role. Duties will include:

• Providing general admin support
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails
• Processing sales orders and enquires via phone and email
• Organising and scheduling outgoing logistics / deliveries
• Maintaining office filing systems
• Greeting visitors and assisting visitors to the site
• General housekeeping of meeting rooms, offices and showroom
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail and email

We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a similar administration or possibly sales admin or sales support role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible, positive and upbeat team player
• Bright and keen to learn and develop
• General IT skills
