We are looking for a brilliant Office Manager who has a background in corporate environments (law, real estate, finance or similar).

Location is Manchester city centre with occasional travel to other offices around the North West. Salary circa £32-34,000 plus excellent benefits including healthcare cover, generous holiday and annual bonus.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Keep the office looking sharp, coordinate with building facilities, and manage site contractors.
• Oversee stationery ordering, equipment upkeep, invoice approvals, and inventory checks.
• Maintain safety logs, arrange risk assessments, and ensure compliance standards are met effortlessly.
• Support room bookings, caterings, and event setups so client visits run without a hitch.
• Provide training and mentorship to office support staff to keep daily rotas balanced.

• Solid experience in facilities or office management, in a relevant corporate background.
• A hands-on, self-motivated attitude with a genuine knack for solving everyday workplace puzzles.
