Business Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and updating CRM systems accurately and efficiently.
• Managing data across multiple databases and internal systems.
• Utilising AI tools and technology to support administrative processes and improve efficiency.
• Assisting the Programmes Manager with the creation and formatting of sales materials, presentations, and business documents.
• Ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
• Supporting reporting activities and general business administration tasks.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in an administrative, business support, or office-based role is desirable but recent graduates also considered.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools and modern technology.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
