Receptionist - Entry Level

Location: Beaminster

Salary £12.71 per hour

Hours: 9am-5.30pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-5pm Fri

Benefits: 25 days hols + Bank hols (including 3 for Christmas shutdown), birthday off, no onsite parking but provide car parking permit for local car park, pension, medical insurance after probation, social events during the year

The successful Receptionist will: -

• Be personable and professional.
• Be well-presented.
• Have exceptional communication skills, both face to face and over the phone.
• Be proficient with IT.
• Be a conscientious and dependable member of the team.
• Be calm and able to work well in a fast-paced working environment.
• Have first class customer service skills.
• Reception experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist: -

• Be the welcoming face of the business.
• Meet and greet clients in a professional manner.
• Deal with clients both face-to-face and over the telephone.
• Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate person.
• Take accurate messages when required.
• Manage incoming and outgoing post.
• Provide support in other areas of the business as required.
