Temporary PA - 5th to 9th October
Pulborough 15.00 per hour

We're looking for a reliable, organised Temporary PA to provide cover from 5th to 9th October. This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone with previous PA experience who can confidently manage a busy workload. Due to the location, you must be a driver with access to your own vehicle.

Key duties:

• Managing diaries, appointments and meetings
• Coordinating schedules and making arrangements as required
• Handling emails, telephone calls and general enquiries
• Preparing documents, correspondence and meeting materials
• Organising and maintaining records and filing
• Providing general administrative and PA support
• Assisting with ad hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the office
