Design Studio Admin Assistant (with Finance Experience)

We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to join our busy design studio in Lymington. This is a varied part-time role for 5 hours a day, five days a week, perfect for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and has an interest in interior design.

No two days are the same, so you'll be happy juggling studio admin, finance tasks and supporting our creative team.

What you'll be doing:

• Keeping the studio running smoothly with day-to-day admin.
• Using Xero to process invoices; making payments & filing travel expenses
• Liaising with our accountants and keeping financial records up to date.
• Supporting financial administration for high-net-worth clients with complete discretion.
• Assisting our FF&E team with day-to-day admin.
• Helping wherever needed to keep the studio running efficiently.
• Working at our studio in Lymington Hampshire, hours to be discussed.

About you:

• Confident using Xero and experienced in finance administration.
• Friendly, approachable and happy to muck in.
• Highly organised with proficiency in Microsoft office.
• An interest in design and experience in a creative environment would be an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years administrative & Finance experience required.
• We feel this role could suit someone with PA experience.
