Trainee Administrator

Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking a Trainee Sales and Letting Agent Administrator to join a friendly and professional estate agency in East Grinstead.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, where you will receive training and support while gaining valuable experience across residential sales, lettings, customer service, property marketing and general office administration.

Key duties of the Trainee Administrator:

• Supporting the day-to-day administration of residential sales and lettings
• Handling inbound enquiries and providing a professional first point of contact
• Arranging viewings, valuations and appointments
• Assisting with property viewings and providing feedback
• Preparing and updating property particulars and online listings
• Supporting lettings administration, including referencing and compliance checks
• Assisting with sales progression, recording offers and maintaining accurate records
• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
• Maintaining CRM systems and property records
• Following up enquiries, viewing feedback and outstanding information
• Supporting property marketing, social media and general office projects

About You:

• Previous experience in administration or customer service
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Professional and friendly telephone manner
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• A genuine interest in developing a career within the property industry
• Full driving licence and ability to travel to local properties when required
• Experience using Reapit or another property CRM system would be advantageous, as would knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Photoshop
