Description:	Administrator Tipton £12.71+ per hour Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Temporary Assignment Immediate Start Available Safer Hand Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy care home environment in Tipton on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual who can provide vital administrative support to the Home Manager and wider team. Key Responsibilities: Answering telephone calls, emails and reception enquiries Managing filing systems and maintaining accurate records Taking minutes at meetings and supporting diary management Processing purchase orders, invoices and supplier queries Supporting petty cash and resident monies administration Assisting with payroll administration, timesheets and agency records Supporting recruitment administration and personnel file maintenance Maintaining compliance records and ensuring documentation is up to date Providing general administrative support to the Home Manager and wider team Requirements: Previous administration experience is essential Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Experience handling confidential information Ability to work independently and prioritise workload Experience within a care home, healthcare or social care setting would be advantageous An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role What's On Offer: Immediate start Weekly pay Full-time hours Supportive working environment Potential extension beyond the initial assignment If you are available immediately and have the skills and experience required, we'd love to hear from you.
