Salary: £25,(Apply online only) per annum
Hours: Monday Friday, 09 00
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client s team in Rochester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for a temp-to-perm position with a well-established company.

As the Administrator, you will be an important part of the team and the first point of contact for customer queries and orders. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and be confident managing a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Your duties will include:

• Handling incoming customer calls and enquiries professionally
• Processing customer orders and queries
• Preparing and sending quotes
• Ordering and managing stock
• Using Excel for day-to-day administrative tasks and record keeping
• Dealing with employee queries
• Managing holiday requests and related administration
• Providing general administrative support to the team

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous administration experience
• An excellent telephone manner
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
• A professional and proactive approach
• The confidence to deal with both customers and employees
