Date Entry Administrator

£13.50 per hour Temporary Ongoing 2 Days Per Week

Days: Monday & Wednesday preferred
Hours: 9:00am 5:30pm, with 1-hour lunch
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Ware, Hertfordshire
Driving: You must be a car owner and driver

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Data Entry Administrator to join a small and friendly team in Ware on an ongoing basis, working two days per week.

This is a straightforward administration and data entry role and would suit someone who is reliable, organised and has good attention to detail. No previous accounts or accounting system experience is required, as full training will be provided.

The role has come about due to a backlog of purchase invoices that need to be checked and updated on the company s accounting system.

• Completing basic data entry and general administration
• Checking purchase invoice information for accuracy
• Updating purchase invoices on the accounting system
• Working through an existing backlog of information
• Ensuring information is entered accurately and consistently
• Carrying out general administration relating to invoices
• Managing your own workload and prioritising tasks effectively

We are looking for someone who:

There will initially be no requirement to speak with customers or suppliers over the telephone. This may develop over time if the successful candidate is comfortable and interested in taking on additional responsibilities.
