Supply Chain Administrator - Chandlers Ford - 13.50 - 14.00 per hour - Temporary role to start ASAP for 4 months - Hybrid position

We are looking for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join a busy and friendly team to support with a project. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is confident managing multiple tasks at once.

You will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of operations, helping to keep information accurate, up to date, and communicated effectively across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing and maintaining accurate records and data
• Raising and updating orders on internal systems
• Monitoring and updating spreadsheets and reports
• Liaising with internal departments via phone and email
• Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Ensuring information is accurate and up to date across company systems
• Producing routine reports and providing administrative support to management
• Responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner

About You

• Previous administration experience is desirable
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Outlook
• Confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
• Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work in a busy environment
