Receptionist

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Receptionist to join a Private Healthcare Organisation on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors, colleagues, contractors and external stakeholders attending Head Office.

• Provide a warm, professional and welcoming reception service.

• Answer, screen and transfer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.

• Greet visitors and ensure they are signed in and directed to the appropriate person or department.

• Issue visitor passes and maintain accurate visitor records in line with security procedures.

• Notify relevant staff when visitors arrive and assist with meeting room arrangements.

• Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and couriers.

• Respond to general enquiries and provide appropriate information or direct enquiries to the relevant team.

• Monitor the reception area and ensure it remains professional, tidy and welcoming at all times.

• Assist with meeting room bookings and preparation where required.

• Support with general administrative duties across the Head Office as required.

• Maintain accurate records and complete routine administrative tasks.

• Liaise with internal departments, contractors and external suppliers as necessary.

Requirements:

• Friendly, approachable and professional.

• Confident communicating with people at all levels.

• Experience of working in a similar role and basic HR knowledge

• Comfortable answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries.
