Sales Administrator

Luxury Automotive Retailer Orpington 30,000- 33,000 Basic Salary

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a prestigious luxury automotive retailer based in Orpington.

Working as part of the finance and administration team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the vehicle sales process runs smoothly from vehicle acquisition through to customer handover and invoicing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the administration process from vehicle purchase through to sale

• Checking vehicles for outstanding finance, mileage discrepancies and other potential issues

• Ensuring all vehicle documentation is accurate, complete and compliant

• Processing vehicle invoices and sales documentation

• Carrying out regular audit and compliance checks

• Working closely with Sales Executives to ensure smooth and efficient customer handovers

• Maintaining accurate vehicle records and keeping internal systems up to date

• Managing your own workload and prioritising tasks effectively

• Supporting the wider finance team during busy periods

We're looking for an experienced Sales Administrator from a motor dealership environment who has excellent attention to detail and understands the importance of accuracy and compliance.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous Sales Administration experience within a car dealership

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good knowledge of dealership processes and vehicle documentation

• Experience with Kerridge or CDK - desirable

• Intermediate Excel skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organisation and time-management skills

• The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines

• A professional, friendly and approachable manner

• The flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

30,000- 33,000 Basic Salary

• 5-day working week

• 1 weekend day per week

• Monday-Friday hours typically 9.00am-6.00pm

• 22 days' annual leave + bank holidays
