What You Will Do:

Own and optimise complex VP-level calendars, ensuring prioritisation, alignment, and conflict-free scheduling.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, leadership reviews, and key events to a consistently high professional standard.
Act as the key person for day-to-day office activities, driving smoother processes, vendor coordination, and workplace experience improvements.
Support mobility and travel planning logistics with efficiency, reliability, and accurate documentation.
Coordinate corporate communications so internal messages are clear, timely, and well-structured across stakeholders.
Support Health & Safety administration, including audit and compliance tracking, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

Extensive experience in executive support, office operations, or a similar role, ideally supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong cross-functional working ability, partnering confidently with teams such as HR, Finance, and Operations.
Advanced organisation and time-management skills, with a proven talent for managing complexity and improving ways of working.
Confident communication skills, with a high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
A proactive, anticipatory approach, bringing structure to evolving situations and maintaining quality under pressure.
