Location: Grimsby
Full Time, 5 days per week
Driving licence and vehicle essential.

We're looking for a Quality Assessment Officer to help ensure the highest standards of care and service delivery across our operations.

What you'll be doing:
Conducting audits, assessments and quality reviews
Monitoring compliance with regulatory standards
Investigating complaints and supporting resolutions
Identifying improvements and implementing action plans
Working closely with care teams to enhance service quality

What we're looking for:
Experience in quality, compliance, governance or auditing
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
