This is a unique opportunity for a highly organised and proactive professional who can balance responsibility for office operations while providing exceptional support to senior executives. Working within a collaborative role-share arrangement, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and maintaining a high-performing workplace environment. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the day-to-day management of office operations and workplace services.
- Manage facilities, suppliers, procurement activities, budgets, and office resources.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements are maintained.
- Lead, mentor, and support a business support team, driving performance and capability development.
- Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to senior executives, including complex diary management.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Prepare professional documentation, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best-practice administrative processes.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support employee engagement activities, on boarding processes, and office-wide events.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for senior leadership and provide confidential support as required.
- Availability to work 5 days on site
About You To be considered for this opportunity, you must demonstrate: - Strong experience as an Office Manager within a medium to large corporate organisation.
- Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, Directors, Partners, or C-suite leaders.
- Previous experience within financial services, professional services, consulting, legal, accounting, banking, investment, or similar corporate environments.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing administrative or business support teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
- Advanced diary management and international travel coordination experience.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- A hands-on, adaptable approach and willingness to support the broader business when required.
