We are a fast-growing, industry leading Education Provider, and we're looking for proactive, people-focused individuals to join our friendly and dynamic Education Delivery Team.

About the Role
As a key member of our Education Team, you'll work closely with our Education Delivery Co-Ordinator's to ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality delivery of our tuition services. Every day is different, and your support will directly contribute to positive outcomes for young learners.
What You'll Be Doing

• Attracting, sourcing and pre-screening high-quality candidates
• Providing responsive support to our tutors, learners families and Local Authorities to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Compiling and reviewing reports and liaising with clients in a timely and professional manner
• Sending, tracking and chasing time sheets
• Offering general administrative and organisational support to the wider Education Team

What We're Looking For

• Previous administration experience (essential)
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Excellent communication, organisation, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional phone manner
• Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality
• A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and goal-focused approach
• High attention to detail and strong initiative
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
