This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys a varied role combining front-of-house reception, facilities administration and customer service support.

Your New Role
Working as part of a busy and friendly team, you will be responsible for providing a professional front-of-house service whilst supporting a range of administrative and customer service functions.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors, customers and contractors
• Managing the reception area and maintaining a professional front-of-house environment
• Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Managing visitor sign-in procedures and meeting room bookings
• Providing facilities administration support
• Processing incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Supporting the customer service team during busy periods
• Assisting with maintenance-related calls and service requests
• Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
• Providing general administrative support to the wider business

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Previous experience within reception, administration or customer service
• Confident and professional communication skills
• Excellent customer service approach
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and flexible attitude

Applicants must be available to start work immediately and cannot be subject to a notice period due to the temporary nature of the assignment.
