Your New RoleAs a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of sales operations, logistics and customer support activities. This is a varied and fast-paced position offering exposure to multiple areas of the business, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within a commercial operation.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the sales team with administration and day-to-day coordination.
• Preparing and formatting quotations for review by Account Managers.
• Managing outbound requests with vendors and distributors.
• Conducting prospect research to identify key decision-makers and maintain accurate contact records.
• Gathering market intelligence and summarising relevant industry news.
• Maintaining CRM data, ensuring records are accurate, up to date and correctly tagged.
• Coordinating UK and international shipments.
• Tracking deliveries and supporting customs clearance processes.
• Managing order flow and ensuring customers receive exceptional service and communication throughout.
• Assisting with the organisation of client events, activities and business trips.
• Supporting office operations and facilities administration.
• Coordinating supplies, storage and general office organisation.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Supporting the implementation of new systems and ways of working.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise effectively within a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence working across multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous administration, coordination, operations or sales support experience would be advantageous.
